I can do 8 and be happy
removed for nonsense
Gotta have pretty consistent inputs and some decent throughput to get by like that though. That’s why a lot of shops I knew closed up. The increased throughput would’ve cost them their locations, and consistency down south has gotten a little spotty.
There are so many people trying to move good trim, and smalls, and even flower, but from last year, or six months ago, and mostly stored improperly so the material is really only good for going to distillation or in some cases at least good for thca, but definitely not for sauce.
Add to that the increased throughput and you’ll need double the output you used to get by on, plus combating inflation of goods costs and the loss in purchasing power, if you want to have a similar lifestyle as say last year you’ll need to move 2.5 times as much as you did then. That increase could be a drop in the bucket for smaller processors, but it really adds up on the big processors in these urban areas.
Its people to take the volume that has changed. Those numbers have been the same for a few yrs, solid long built relationships with farmer’s so no worry on that side.
By decanting do you mean let settle and pour off the top then spin the bottom?
Decant: gradually pour (liquid, typically wine or a solution) from one container into another, especially without disturbing the sediment.
Thanks for repeating my post back to me
Like asking someone if they mean the definition of a word when they use it?
I was just offered $2.50/g. $1200 a lb for shatter/sugar. All separated by strain and quality indoor. Michigan grey market. I was getting 15/g all the way up last year. I would rather give it away or throw it in the trash than be a part of this “race to the bottom”. The worst part is these asshole middle men act like they are doing you a favor. I’m an owner operator of a caregiver facility in Michigan that we were converting to a licensed grow. I can bang out boxes of flower all day but concentrates have never been my thing. All these extract artists are straight up vultures too. This is after paying 200-500 a pack for seeds and pheno hunting to stay ahead in the market.

As much as I respect your noble cause, be a little more discrete
That’s pretty standard for Michigan’s market right now. Distillate is around $1.50 Depending on Quality. The only thing in Michigan selling for over $5 a gram is Rosin
Pretty standard right now. I was offered CO2 Sugar at 1k a unit. Batter at 12. THCA at 13 as well as sauce. Pretty sure that’s the bottom.
Its the bottom when you see the rolexes for sale
Recently saw 1/g recently on BHO in the traditional
Shits rough out there.
Aren’t the people selling grams for $1-2.50/g the ones closing shop?
Exactly this ^^^^ boom bust baby…
Looks dank
Some of them maybe, but with high throughput & low labor costs.
Definitely still turning good profit. Plus we are getting entire crops at a time.
So farms are happy to just turn & burn with a guaranteed purchase.
Yeah Okie prices are like $2-$3/g average
