How well would this mix with d8 distillate and how much would it increase the chances of clogs? Tempted to try something along these lines for a day time d8 cart.
D8 is already “day time” lol

I would think 1:1 that disty and d8 would be fine. It’s actually kind of a plus that the “Crystal resistant” stuff from this vendor is less viscous than typical distillate so if u wanted to mix some thicc stuff into it you’d be fine
Edit: to answer your second question. Adding this distillate to d8 would probably reduce clogging issues b.c of the low viscosity

Got a fat sample on Friday, flipped it around a couple times and it’s already crystallized. Top picture is from Friday afternoon, bottom picture is today, the following Tuesday. Sample was ~22ml, very generous!
I’ve found that agitation, especially agitation once exposed to atmospheric air makes CBD distillate/oils crystallize pretty fast. It wouldn’t crystallize at all in the container when it was sealed, and some of the included documentation said that it’s filled with nitrogen in order to prevent this. Does anyone else have any tips to help avoid crystallization? I’ve been searching around for weeks and it still seems pretty bro-science-y. I understand that CBD auto-crystallizes above 50-60%, but I still feel like there has to be some sort of special method that could prevent this.
Dabbing this felt fairly smooth, no harsh chemical taste as others have reported, or I’ve noticed in other distillates I’ve sampled. When using it from a vape cartridge, I noticed a waxy-feeling on my tongue, literally feeling like unscented candle wax rubbed onto my tongue. I’m not entirely sure what the other ~30% of this oil is that isn’t cannabinoids, but whatever it is left a waxy feeling in my mouth that no other distillate I’ve tried has.
The waxy feeling doesn’t taste bad per se, but it definitely feels kind of uncomfortable and if I purchased this product from a store I’m not entirely sure I would purchase it again if it left a waxy residue in my mouth.
I noticed that the cart I was using crystallized with this fairly quickly, but I also keep my house fairly cold with the windows open at night.
How long does your blend stay liquid for? I’m interested in seeing/trying it. CBDa seems to be the real secret to crystallization-resistant CBD carts.

Yes CBDA is the logical thing. It’s actually easier to do and there are some companies have been doing it that way for years such as Constance Therapeutics

As soon as you cycle it in the cart you trigger repeat microcrystallisation events on the surface, and these spread.
Every time it heats up and cools it repeats

Can you provide photos of the product labels.
After reviewing our packaging logsn it appears our packaging technician miss applied those label in a rush. I am reviewing our camera footage to better understand. I will address this issue immediately. We can get properly labeled product sent out overnight to you.
I made this cart ~18 days ago.
It may not be touching any air inside the cart, therefore no crystallization.

The new sample that was provided to me is spot on with description, no odd smells or taste, sadly the battery I have aside for them won’t change watts so I can only hit lower temp 2.9 but does fine regardless.
I just want to let everyone know it was a simple label mixup due to the rush I requested.
Everything has been corrected and I apologize for taking to the forums before full speaking with the vendor.
When I called I forgot about the. 3 hour time difference
they peeled off in water bath to warm it up again, but the lot is 1060418-2020-TF-04-TFD-01, product is crystal resistant broad-spectrum distillate
Thanks for the sample @Deschuteslabs. I had packaging issues that caused crystalization but was able to homogenize it with 5% @Betroit terps at 140 °f successfully. Tastes great! Highly recommended.

Mine from them has not crystalized yet, a few days of puffing on it and nothing. Have one mixed with so hte terps and still none. Gonna try and get some terps from @Betroit. This is so far a product i am using and would buy. Thanks for the sample. @Deschuteslabs

Just an update for @Deschuteslabs
The first batch that I received that was crx before getting to me. The second & third vile are the other 2 you replaced it with. Within 3 days of removing 5G without heat the first one started formations, which I expected after opening it. The third one I have no opened. But it already started nucleation on day 5-6 in my possession. 59.2% CBD, 3.53% CBC, 3.41% CBN, .709% CBG, .680% CBL, .545% CBDV
