I’ve been going at it for 30 min trying to fix this bubble issue. Little bubbles keep forming on the oil intake hole. I pop the carts in air fryer and fix the bubble then a new one come out the little holes any help please
The coil is absorbing the oil, this creating the air bubbles.
Fill with a warmer temp product.
I had an issue with a certain cart that couldnt take 94% dusty and 5% terps. I dumped my product out of their carts and ran far away from their brand.

That is exactly what I’m using about 5% terps and I want to stay away from cutting agents it’s just my product is branded as adjustable airflow and theirs not many brands for adjustable airflow cartridges

Use the correct cart intake hole for your concentrate. Look like you need a 1.8mm or even a 2mm intake hole since yours is thick like mine is.
I’ve been thru 1000+ ac1005 carts. I cant say enough how FN I’m happy with these “old” carts. 0 failures, 0 returns.

We have a cartridge that has a sealable oil intake valve that solves that problem.
