fair enough.
How about “requires a couple of specific clues that have not actually been dropped in the open around here yet…”

Treu
But it seems things are moving from an unexpected corner ( not exactly that’s how I got started ) but expecting it s public Aparance soon
Hopefully some great treads by then
Like it where 2018 ![]()
I doubt the congress intended intoxicating cannaboids under the farm bill to be under the definition of hemp.
It will be rectified id bet.

Theyll still have to schedule them which is a whole nother ball game in itself
Cookies gets a bad wrap but I can’t help to admire many of the things they do in this industry. This could lead to some spicey and they know it.
To be honest I’m more interested in their clothes than their weed but regardless can’t deny thier influence
The thing that confuses me is most is live resin and especially live rosin tend to be above 0.3% delta 9. Are they remediating these concentrates to be below .3% or are they sticking with concentrates that happen to land under 0.3% (possibly harvesting early)?
The other weird thing is thca is “delta 9 thca” so quite the flimsy legal line to walk imo.
What reagent
Time will tell under personal nda ![]()
I’m big gay so it doesn’t matter if you tell me. Supreme Court doesn’t define me as a person
So these were found under - Is it legal?
Probably the most detailed, straightforward and honestish explanation I’ve seen, right down to how to store your cookies “hemp” properly lol.
Sounds like they don’t sell to states using the thca+d9 decarb method. And they say since hemp only has limits on thc and not thca - so it’s all good dear bros
- with the caveat that it eventually may decarb and become unlawful.
I didn’t read real thoroughly so take my details with that in mind
That quote they cite from the DEA is from a memo about seeds and not the most recent stance the DEA has taken on this subject.
Whatever, I’m all for whatever route to full legalization ends up working. If Cookies wants to stick their neck out more power to em.
At the end of their legal advice, they say “this is not legal advice.”
idk about that, here’s TX
(b) At a minimum, analytical testing of samples for delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration levels must use post-decarboxylation or other similarly reliable methods approved by the Department.
(c) The testing methodology must consider the potential conversion of delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) in hemp into delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and the test result reflect the total available THC derived from the sum of the THC and THC-A content. Testing methodologies meeting these requirements include, but are not limited to, gas or liquid chromatography with detection.
there’s also a requirement for ISO 17025/DEA registration for testing that Marin def doesn’t meet
“Don’t say bong either for good measure”
At least they have plenty of money for legal fees and now a vested interest to fight for
The DEA quote and what they said about the farm bill not saying anything about thca in hemp are the main things I questioned.
Cookies is compartmentalized they will most likely use white labelers and distro networks to outsource their liability. The company is probably just a shell with no assets kicking up all their profits to the fat man as royalties
It’s all legal hemp until the second you light it in your pipe, then that stream of smoke is illegal until it gets into your lungs. So they obviously don’t sell an illegal product, it’s us who are the drug manufacturers turning thca into thc in our smoking devices.
pinky up 1million drug manufacturers! Not one drug distributor involved… Fn genius!
So if I have a hemp license but don’t live in one of their 14 approved states can I still order it? I might just send a message and ask
The legal line is fairly solid, there’s no ambiguity about which isomers are Federally legal and which one is not, but there appears to be a lot of fuckery with the testing. I’ve heard some not-so-flattering things about the labs which produced the COAs on their website.
