You go through all the clean steps, in a clean facility just to fill unclean bottles?
Why would you say they are unclean? lol like literally why would you say that? because you know out bottle supplier/source somehow magically? We’ve been using the same bottle supply for 4 years and we go through 7500-10000 bottles a week at least and have zero issues in 4 years. The supplier is also approved so there are zero issues.
Edit: You realize that every single tincture bottle used in any industry doesn’t go through whatever cleaning process you think is needed right?
all you need is a wook with some iso and an air compressor, the lint and dust that comes inside shit from the factory is gross. I’ve bitched to companies that didn’t clean the jars, that’s not an unreasonable expectation

just because they sell it on alibaba doesn’t mean you need it. Don’t work with a shitty supplier and problem solved 
I work in insurance but have a client who may be able to help you with that - they have a hemp compliance platform that banks use to verify compliance and get comfortable that you’re not THC (which seems to be the major problem for them - due diligence). If you’re THC I can’t help but hit me up otherwise and I’m happy to make an intro.
That kinda sounds like KOTK taking his isolate over to get it GMP certified.
Im just saying you go through all the trouble of being clean and the documentation. Your worried about dust getting in you bottling line, but not about the dust that was in there from China?

That just goes to show your lack of understand of how cGMP works. If you work with a certified supplier that has SOP’s for packaging and shipping that are solid and work for you then there is zero need for any of this and it’s a mute point. We don’t even order our bottles directly from china lol.
Edit: In the chance there is any sort of issue with the bottles they would be rejected by QA before even going into production. If there were any sort of issues after the bottles went through production they would be rejected and the company is protected from losses due to a contract with the supplier which ensures their bottles meet specs. If they don’t full refund is issued product is destroyed life goes on.
I dont order bottles directly from China, but that is where both of ours come from.

Chinese manufacturing equipment is a major hassle for anything cGMP. You’ll need to pull in third party agencies to deal with that for sure. If you are going to go cGMP I honestly would think twice before order anything direct from china. So many companies exist to be a filter for risk from you to china it’s insane. Yes there is a mark up but if you are going down that route it’s worth the mark up. If not just order american.

Right? Don’t get my wrong. Too many shady folks out there I agree. We need to raise our industry quality wise as a whole but it baffles me when people get their panties in a bunch and act like we all didn’t spend the last 20-30 years fighting the government for oppressive regulation (aka locking people up for it.) There’s a middle ground between weeding out scammers and unsafe practices and destroying the whole newbie/mom and pop outlet that are trying to make safe enough (meaning can’t afford GMP but still no one gets sick from consuming) and quality products. This will destroy the place where I work now and am honestly glad I didn’t invest more into my own company after looking at this. My 2c. I’m sure some smarter people will disagree.

thanks brother, I’d hope that everyone knows that the last thing I would literally ever be is a snitch. I have so much distaste for any sort of snitching. I definitely come from the streets and the motto as we all know is snitches get stitches.

Do you see where that’s very similar. Its China, and you never answered the question. WHO GMP INSPECTS THE CHINA FACTORY?

I’m not sure why you are still ranting about jars. lol. Dude they certified facilities that we purchase from take care of any issues that could potentially arise and this is nothing like taking some Isolate made with hydrocarbons in a wooks garage. You are grasping at straws here buddy.
Edit: Another great thing about cGMP is there are protocols in place to protect the consumer and company from any issues that may arise. See my previous post.
The china tincture bottles should be inspected and sanitized before use in production in a title 21 cGMP facility and the auditors should have been doing swab tests on your bottles and other packaging FYI. Any food processing facility I’ve ever worked in has always sanitized their packaging.
Did you have a 3rd party do the audit by chance? Your best bang for the buck would be to implement a UV sanitizer system (very simple to setup on your own if you want to). Heres a good link explaining why and how to go about that:
