I have (Zack’s cake x Wilson) x back yard boogie, good germination rate within 24-48 hrs. If you want some I’ll send a package of them, just cover shipping. The mom produces clones that dump 6.5-7.5% regularly from the homie that has the zc x w mom.
@Jeremythefarmer i offered you a set too, if you want them let’s get them off to you too, anyone else I can manage 10-15 packs of them 6-12 seeds per.
I had the thought since I posted earlier, cannabis has been on earth 24 million years. The viroid is only an issue because of humans propagating it through cuttings. If there was a seed borne illness that could seriously threaten this plant, it would have happened by now.
thats horribleto hear ashley defend infected crops. I had a few extremely viney low yielders like vanilla frosting. It never took off and i ended up cloning it over and over trying to time when it would get going. The winners were bbm, kush mint, gary payton. the cakes and the gelatos probably had that virus.
Don’t want to get shot in here so I’ll just leave this as my contribution to the TC viroid elimination subject…

16.5 Virus Indexing
and Certification
Not all plants produced through meristem-tip
culture alone or in combination with thermo-
therapy and/or chemotherapy or by any other method of virus eradication programme are
virus-free. Therefore, it becomes imperative to
check each and every plant produced through
any of the virus eradication programmes for the
presence of viruses before a plant is labelled as
free of specific virus and released for commer-
cial use. In cultures, many viruses have a
delayed resurgence. Hence, the plants should be
indexed several times during the first 18 months,
and only those plants which give consistently
negative results should be treated as free of
specific virus (Walkey 1978). Since virus-free
plants can get reinfected after transfer to the
field, it is necessary to repeat virus indexing at
regular intervals.
Sounds like a best practice for any crop that is being cleaned of viroids. Redundancy for the sake of certainty is always a good thing…Ha, ‘84 I was in 8th grade wondering which Van Halen song I was going to try to learn next on guitar. Was one of the best years of the 80’s. Wasn’t until spring of ‘86 that I started growing.
