The problem isn’t the container, but the basket construction. Just to be careful we aren’t exceeding the amount or getting up to the speed @Waxplug1 had been running at during preliminary tests. With better baskets I expect to spin up to 2 oz per jar.
I’m thinking a combination of ptfe, or thin stainless, made to fit perfectly in the 80x100mm bucket, with just a sturdy low micron bag/basket to hold up the product and spin for the fences.
Haven’t really been having trouble keeping the hte separate after spinning.
I modeled these in the dirty diamond thread for the 1l blastproof centrifuge that was linked, I can come up with a similar version in whatever dimensions if someone wants to pay to get em made
Depth relation to dryness will relate to spin speed and time.
I really want to get the jar out of the equation considering I can’t get a full width 32 oz jar into the buckets. Just need a reasonable insert I can still attach to… and I’m still partial to a solid basket screen over a flexible because I’d want to be sure I had maximum surface area available to let the sauce escape from to prevent wet clumps from clogs… also… baskets/bags over sintered disk all day for this purpose, flat surfaces clog up too fast.
