Im not sure what you mean by warm winterization. I have used the panda at -50C to 15C with denatured ethanol with no problems.
Since i extract at -60C i dont need to winterize and the panda for me is just the last filtering step before the FFe/Roto, i usually do the filtering as quick as i can in order to get all the fine plant matter out of my tincture, to reduce unwanteds extracting aswell.

guess alot do a room temp winterization and then a cold one, but not necessary going that cold as you also say. , still in the process of lining the processes up in my head.
you dont do any other scrubs? maybe youre still just using media in the boiling flask?
Anybody know what d8/d9 ratio a 5-10% thc / 30-50% cbd crude will make without refluxing but just the media in the BF.

Seeing as we’re on the topic of centrifuge filter bags, I wonder if one could make them work a bit longer with careful application of a high velocity stream of water (pressure washer) when they start to get a bit mucked up. I know they last for quite a long time, but I bet some maintenance would help extend that.
To clean them u can put them inside out one a time into the panda and put ethanol in a pump sprayer with wand. Start the panda with the lid up or taken off and spray the drum, be very careful not to hit the sides. That worked, i also was able to recover most of the alcohol and then used the sprayer to get between the drum and the inside walls.

Right on. I was thinking bigger than a panda, but the principle is still the same.
We’re doing wire mesh in the big’un anyways. Should last longer (we hope).

Pressure washing is the way to go, or at least it has been for me. Have a fabricator build a frame that fits the bags, then spray away! Or one could always build it themselves if they had the right skills/tools…

Looks like im out of luck, not on stock all the micron sizes, also cost around 800 dollar in shipping to europe for everything needed, trying to source some in EU but cant find the same thats not pre-made bags and are availible in sheets.

@cyclopath possible it was when choosing only 5 yards sheets in 100-50-10-0,5 it quoted me 800$, but some is out of stock and still needs to be 5 yards on 2 of the sizes to get them all, cheapest quote 285$ shipping

Tried lookin on the link you posted, looks like they have flat bottomed bags but not correct size for panda and minimum order 20pcs, they looks nice tho the flat bottomed they have.

I see with the plastic lid cut off the sheet metal wall is exposed. I am pretty sure it should not be to difficult to have a bracket welded or for RnD clamped to the sidewall that has a bearing that gently rides along the outside edge of the basket to keep it balanced and rotating smooth. Or two metal rings one welded to the basket and one to the machine. In the middle of these flat rings would be a groove for roller ball bearings to sit. The two rings lock into eachother creating a steady smooth ride. Might be able to get more spin and life out of this due to stability. This is all something thats pretty doable for someone with a little welding/fabrication skills.

@cyclopath 1 yard would definitely be enough, im small scale, just wasnt on stock 1yard sheets.

so just wrap my bubblebag in staged micron bags wrapped as pillowcases, will it not absorb a bunch with that much leftover fabric.

Not staged micron bags
1 micron bag of 5 microns or less is enough
I use 3 different sizes of bubble bag in panda. 160micro inside of 73micro and both inside of a 25 micron.
