CCELL to enforce ceramic patents. Clone-buyers Beware?

CCELL aka Smoore has asked the International Trade Commission to ban imports of more than 30 CCELL coil and cartridge cloners, and they are just getting started.

This is the ITC request to wholesalers to prove what they are selling isn’t a CCELL clone:

“Failure of a respondent to file a timely response to each allegation in the complaint and in
this notice may be deemed to constitute a waiver of the right to appear and contest the allegations of the complaint and this notice, and to authorize the administrative law judge and the Commission, without further notice to the respondent.”

How long until the patents and clone import ban is enforced? Then what?

Below are the sellers CCELL wants banned from import immediately.

Ccell aka Smoore is going to be enforcing his patent on cartridges in the US soon. China is already enforcing his patents in China. Make sure you have a back up supplier just in case or a way to pivot to a new vaping device.

Who is there to buy from after all this?

It is not yet 100% certain that ITC will enforce the patents, but it’s a safe bet that Smoore sees themselves as positioned to do so. It may take years, or less. CCELL cartridges are legit. Can buy through Jupiter.

Lol too bad carts are thing of the past. By the time this does anything (if? Lol) the market will have shifted to disposables

I highly doubt the industry will abandon 510 threaded carts.
Yes disposables will be used more and more

Is the market really moving to disposables?

CCell launching a ceramic chimney is brilliant! Ceramic showcases the oil while helping to get them beyond heavy metal ‘emissions testing’ being mandated in Colorado.

They will also need to add titanium wire to get around the emissions testing, which is a good thing.

If Colorado adds microscopic shards-of-glass testing to emissions testing, CCELL is likely done, because inhaling ceramic dust is the source of silicosis lung :lungs: disease.

The CCELL ‘utility patent’ enforcement is going after any product using a block or tube ceramic coil, which includes cartridges, pods and high pollution disposables.

They need to make a “disposable” that can be refilled or the market needs to shift to mod box’s

Uwell report, That is interesting! I think it was 2018 article.

Hmm…so autarchical. Does ceramic heatting belong to Ccell. If it is true, there is just one company–Smoore that can stay on the cannabis vaping business.
