I cheated my way into not having to learn French. That was difficult, is our neighboring country, hereditary enemy and hereditary friend (hereditary brother), but there was a trick with religion in my time. Then you had to learn the Bible, but not French. Well nobody got around to English, everyone should have been able to do that … And you can see how well I can do that … namely exactly 0;) Ok, 0.5% … xD.

there is a pasters pipete in the silicon stopper as well for inert gas to be inject if I want to run
one of rogues methods
ill put up how I stir for everyone as well so they know how to do it without a hotplate stirrer when
reaction is finished.
the dish with the oil in it is made from aluminium so I can stir through it.
I used to use a cornings saucepan but with the way things are now I could not get one in time.
it was a camping kettle that I cut to size.
hence the lip on the left which was the start of the spout.
I use it to hold my thermometer so I can measure oil bath temp.
I do have a full lab set too of glass but I want to get this down with out it.

6 grams of full spectrum CBD brown isolate
200ml of IPA
2 grams of salt
7 well formed drops of Sulfuric Acid.
1,5 hours reflux
product feels like I put a felt hat on my head 
warm stone much much better than the 1 hour product.
I wonder if tolerance is going to be staved off better with a full spectrum.
if so I shall be mixing the two then trying with terpenes to change the properties of the oil
to see if I can emulate the effects of changing strains of pot for tolerance removal.
1.5 hours is the spot I think.
we have some research done above by jeeric which would suggest such as well.
oil was a lot thicker.
I noticed in another thread some one mentioned people think that THC D9 with CBD looks like water
with crystal in it (fairy floss is how I would describe it). I have found this to be the case and I would
call it a shore sign of under reacted.

there is so little acid in these reactions that I am lead to wonder if there is enough
in there to crack a medium sized tri glyceride 
it may be possible to just chuck a bottle straight in and then deal with extraction of reacted
product later.
I bet beeing diluted by alcohol would only help in the extraction of the result.
freeze down alcohol in the freezer over night.
filter and then dilute with water and extract.

this is the spectra from an lc of the 1.5 hour reaction.

you will notice we have very little D8 I was told that the reading for D9 was around 56%
but something to notice other than a heap of other small peaks is that the third peak after
the D8 is as large as the reaction done for 2 hours.
I wonder if there is a step between the D9 and D8 that THC goes through dur in isomerization.
I shall leave that to dr jebril to contemplate as he is the person here that will know
the most about that I think.
I would think that we have a choice.
a majority of D9 or a mix of D9 D8 but the reaction seems not to go over 60% D9 either way.
next to try the boric acid I guess.
I may also not there is a huge difference in the high if using a full spectrum extract rather than
pure isolate.
the one worry is all of these small peaks showing side reactions.
I wonder what the acid will do to the other compounds in a full spectrum.
still this does not take away from the fact that the full spectrum seems to be a better high
and does not seem to build tolerance as quickly (it still does build tolerance though)
I should also note that the CBD levels were reported at 2%
so we have 2% CBD 2% THC delta 8 and 56% THC delta 9.
CBD and THC delta 9 both have an optical rotation measurement around 130 degrees
so I think I should get a reading of around 130 degrees when I put it through a polarimeter.
this is of course depending on the rotation that is effected and observed for the other
side reaction products.
at a guess I would say that the rotation then has a lot to do with where the double bond is
as both delta 9 and CBD have the same rotation and the double bond is in the same place.
this is a guess though not something i have dug up out of literature.

still if we end up in war with china things will go right back to the start again.
lets hope that all the efforts that have been made to make us all friends was
enough to stop such a thing from happening.
