I know ethanol has been mentioned as a viable solvent, not sure why ipa wouldn’t work as well. Seems like the only qualities that really matter are the solvent’s ability to hold HCl and staying dry.

T5 isnt the magic here but it can do it in the boiling flask. Need more acid
I did 12 and 24 hour scrubs with T-5 all lead to 2/3 D8 and 1/3 D9
Going to try acids next
carbon, charcoal, etc all work ok… but to inconsistent

What temp are you doing the scrubs at?
Also this seems to work better with T-41 since it’s acid activated and also with your cbd distillate in suspended 2 parts heptane.

i do 5% T5 and 2% Charcoal now as the standard but 5% charcoal in the prescrub…
Prescrub to clean as much as you can so the reactions occur better in boiling flask

How much t41 do you use with the cbd isolate?
Are you getting any kind of loss of CBD? I have does this by accident in the short path and have had a significant loss off CBD. The total CBD and D9 THC didnt add up to what it would have been if it stayed all CBD
