CBD Isolate mixing into/dissolving in D8 distillate on products

Hey guys, the title there says it all.

Got a CBD infused product line that we also wanted to do with D8, but the isolate on the joints is being eaten away/dissolving/mixing into the D8 distillate.

We are NOT diluting the D8 with any solvents, just warming it up to be able to work with it.

Have already tried letting it dry for a day before coating in the CBD isolate.

Why does CBD isolate mix into D8 like this? Is there a way around it? I’d like the isolate to still be visible on the product.

I assume you’re going for that “rolled in pcp” look?

Not happening.

Cannabinoids are soluble in cannabinoids…

You might reconsider what you’re trying to achieve.

Welcome to the forum @Millennialstoner

You could try using larger CBD crystals, they may be less likely to disappear. Try and use some rough crystal next time instead of pulverized powdery stuff?

Orrrrr just buy some of @RockSteady gem stix and fill them with your treated flower. His CBD cones are sexy

Yes! We do license the tek out to select licensed facilities!

Whatever your infusion needs Gemstick can cover you! From CBD, CBG, d8, d10, thco, HHC, etc etc at what ever Mg loading required.

They are also knockbox compatible, we supply a ton of brands, we take the labor and headache out of the scaled manufacturing of infused prerolls!

If interested feel free to drop me a DM.

Appreciate the support!!!
