Interesting our educational test plot grown on a ranch 30 min into California from the Nevada border ended up being fine even though some of it might have been hot, however our test plot at the university here in Nevada tested hot and Nevada made us destroy the crop. I wonder if the educational California ranch hemp can be sold in the California dispensary system?
I buy METRC Hemp from California… so if you use METRC I would assume it can be accepted… and entered. Especially if same state…
Just my evaluation.
California is a license to license system. You must have a cannabis license to move product through the recreational market. There’s no other way.
Agreed, but nothing is stopping cannabis operations from growing high cbd products or being vertically integrated with a hemp license.
First yes, second no. It wouldn’t be allowed to move into the licensed system. They could take a hemp farm and try to get the whole thing a cultivation license but that would be the only way.
I’m in Texas and have CA METRC Hemp. Less than 0.3THC. Packaged in a finished product (cigarettes). Lab results have a METRC reference.
I almost want to bet the same exact product can be sold to a dispensary in California and accepted in METRC.
I’ll also double back on a Distributors pricing and personal opinion and edit this later…
Just do what everyone in oaklahoma is doing and start converting CBD to D9 distillate and flood the market cheap
