COA shouldn’t have to cat3 Cali. It’s for transparency and potency. These also aren’t all coming from a store front. So, any COA, as long as it’s legit. Plus entering a 3.5 sample for an R&D run is ridiculous for one’s that can submit a 0.5 or 1 g sample to their local testing facility.

Cali cat 3 still allows something idiotic like 2,000ppm or 5,000ppm for residual solvents.
