Build a belt dryer

My partner and I are looking to build a belt driven dryer. He is a custom fabricator and should be able to build it but we are looking for advice or sources on this on design. I tried looking for this before I posted but found nothing. Any ideas?

Yes! From what i can find that’s how those big ones seem to operate. Is that kind of what they are?
