I had that happen mid run a few weeks ago. Had a slight leak after the system got really cold. Went to tighten it up and heard a pop. Then it started leaking more. My guy suggested to double nut it, fuckin worked.

My boss still won’t get me new clamps and gaskets.

You run a bizzy bee rig but your boss won’t buy you clamps and gaskets? Wtf??

You see that they couldn’t make it possible to buy the 2" pope for a price that won’t ever be seen again. Even though I was told week after week, day after day that they were going to be getting it.

Their investor, which is basically the owner, so the “primary owner” just tells me things are going to be done that he’s never going to get done.

I can’t do dry runs because my nuts and bolts are running out working ones. My gaskets are getting worn out.

Here’s after a dry run. Can’t tighten it down anymore.

But I have to keep up on production, right? Make sure I hit those numbers.

They bought it last year why would they need to buy anything new for it

They think that it I should be happy running my equipment in a completely inadequate work area. Because that’s what they bought and they think that’s all I need

Fuck stupid owners… hear that??

The mother fucker I’m referring to is here and probably reading…

Oh how I hated working for people not from the industry.

Nah, Chad’s dad, Bob. He probably thinks that I’m only good because I run their material, which is awesome don’t get me wrong. Even though they couldn’t find someone who can do what I do there, for the price that I give them. If they think their brand will hold the same recognition after I leave and they have to find another bizzybee operator, which I will probably be sent to train. Bizzy is a troll like that and so am I. Then they’ll find out how much I really charge. By that time it’ll already be tarnished from me leaving, just like the last one, that they’ll never catch back up to what I built. Everything I did is all my ip and I hold all of that.

No, but the guy who knows my potential is.

Nitronic 60 bolt with a 316 stainless nut will last longer and help prevent galling.

You got links pls? That’s stuffs exotic and everything I see is expensive or difficult to get. You use em’ @WhereAreTheStones?

It’s harder to find nitronic 60 bolts than nuts. LJ Star offers them for their anti galling clamps. I haven’t used them myself, but I remember reading their case study on it.

Edit: found a video from LJ Star
