Best options for heated commercial chocolate mixer?

Looking for scale, ease, thank you

Don’t wanna just edit it under your nose but should “opens” be “options”?

Or

I personally have the chocovision for small scale experimental stuff. Soon we’ll be increasing scale and I’ll be getting the moldart as well to have two units.

Here’s some of my latest work, so you can see I’m basing this on my actual work and what I’ve used.

I have 2 savage bros tempers basically new. The 450lb machine is just too big for majority of businesses so I would recommend the 125lb unit. I can sell it for 40% off the new price. It’s being used about 5 times.

You have 2 450 lb units, or is one of them a 125 lb unit as well?

1 450lb it runs 3 phase and honestly is a lot of work to run. Each batch size has to be at least 100lbs.

The other is the 110 volt 125lb temper which is far easier to work with.

What is your budget and what capacity are you looking at per batch (kg)
