That’s interesting that you say that because I found across all postless designs that the second oil coats the top portion of the seal, heat in the tank causes pressure. This pressure forces concentrate out of the tank and in to the coil. This pressure also activates the draw activation which increases the rate of leakage.

I have encountered this before with glass carts. This pressure difference is what causes the ENTIRE cart to drain out. With the cap’s locking mechanism defeated, the cap literally flies off under this pressure. The solution is a tiny hole in the plastic plug that seals the tank.

the rosin bar I had at Bizcon was awesome.
I got back and ordered samples and we had a huge clogging issue with a lot of those samples

Was it decarbed?

I will talk to the final purchaser and see if we’d like to retest a larger quantity. We haven’t had a disposable since the Vibe Pro, we’ve been searching for the perfect hardware.

Right now, @qma is in the lead…

yeah it was decarbed. it wasn’t rosin tho lol it was bho live, spun, decarb’ed, then remixed. might have been too viscous.

Yeah I thought this process would be a bit easier. Getting tired of paying for samples that take weeks to arrive.

Never pay for samples unless you’re doing further R+D after the initial free ones.

Or unless you are trying stuff from @qma

I was asked to pay 80 bucks shipping fee for releafy vibe samples, countered saying id pay full price for a 100 unit test order instead. Was then told they cant ship to canada, and gave me a link to a reseller site selling empties for 9 bucks a unit…

I doubt they’d have worked with low v oils anyways.

If you are purchasing a 100 pack from logistics farm of any other cartridge style and put “rosin samples” in the notes, I throw in rosin samples in the order for free

Weird. Maybe @Releafytech can chime in. They were very generous to me with samples, and as you can see they responded to me in this thread offering more samples to make it right. I’m impressed at their handling of this publicly. How long ago did you ask about the Vibe Pro? They had very limited preproduction units made by hand at one point, they’ve scaled maybe and can afford it now.

I first made the request at the start of March.

I asked if they had anything for lower viscosity, they recommended the vibe RM, which I cant even buy individually from a store to test.

I doubt they would have worked for me, just sharing my odd experience.

Curious if you’d share what you are using for low viscosity?

ascera low viscosity option cart, works best so far, not great though

Hey, we’re focusing on the US market currently, and have ready stock in California, but they can’t ship to Canada directly. I DM you the solutions just now, please check.

$80?!? Sheeeesh. They didn’t ask for a dime from us, and we’ve gotten like 30-40 units.
maybe it’s a canada thing.

The problem with even good recommendations from others is highly dependent on what your filling. If you dilute 10% terps with distillate-up to 15% it will almost always work well in any cart.

Now drop 3-5% dilution or liquid diamonds and your going to have a hard time.

When i did testing for a few of the competitors listed here i tried doing doing several formulations a 3-5% to test for burning/thick issues, 10% for the reg/avg and a 15-17% cut for leak testing especially when the vape was hot.

Even when i explained it would require literally just 1 more cart per test in current use and that the terps we bought would still go the same distance of just testing at 10% they still turned it down and didnt find it well im not gonna quoted anything because i was just told its not necessary after explaining why its important(asked to break my 10-99/contract/nda after it was clear quality isnt important sales are)

Deal directly with a mfg who has a buisness in the states. And screw resellers, yall hyping @qma but anyone(including yourself) can message the people he buys from for a cheaper price, less shipping and handling, likely handed from mfg straight to your sellers warehouse to your door buis w.e.

Not to mention if you ever have issues a reseller aint gonna do a thing for you besides try and blame it on ya. Or they take a big l when the original company would still ne trying to keep your buisness in any matter bc their cost is pennies vs the resellers at a dollar + per cart.

People mention their experiences but never the product they use, dilution rates etc. I have cheap $1 carts that are uhhh pre branded to say the least from dtla(from the prepackagijg of other brands era pre 2020 :skull: )that work with disty. Try and out anything thick it in and it wont fire/burn.

“Hot take” here, the cartridge that works with melted diamonds/uncut distillate is the best for any other product as well. Even if u use something thinner it has larger intake holes and just smokes fatter for thinner oils. Cartridge failure rates without reimbursement will be the bane of your customer acquistion. One bad experience w.o a return/money back and boom they onto the next… people of course will try and scam you…

These companies will get hte and call it live resin in their testing process. I even came in to do rosin testing and they were straight up sold live resin… it started crystallizing…
