Then as an informed representative of this industry you tell the uninformed customer that the technology to create his dream cart doesnāt exist. If you want anything more than a 1:1 ratio CBD to THC then your method of delivery needs to change. And then you sell him a half gram of distillate, isolate, tincture or topical based on his needs and desired effects.
Weāre extractors, not cart pushers. The customers cannot tell us what is and is not possible in our labs and we sure as hell donāt bend our ethics to meet their desires.

Use isolate, pretty crude, and isomerized isolate and mix it with hemp terps. That there is a unicorn spectrum product with tegridy

You like the hemp cut ? I wanted a thick dilute but they just pulled uber thick off the shelves before I could even try it.
You have to set your price and inform people why they cost more. Once they try the top tier ones they wonāt give a fuck how much they pay. In LA a wipe filmed top notch .5ml cart can cost 140$.
Use better cartridges and batteries and they will tip without junk in them.
Iāve made over 500+ M6T carts and āalmostā shatter consistency is my exact point. You cant put pure distillate or actual shatter into carts, it has to be cut. Terps need to be added simply to make the oils more functional. They also add much needed flavor to dull distillate to make it more palatable. I donāt agree with the type of person to 30 or 50% cut their carts, I cut no more then 6% and itās only for functionality reasons. When I first started my cart venture my entire goal was to use a minimal cut as possible. Iāve made some unfortunate carts that simply donāt function well and the only reason they didnāt, is because I didnāt cut them enough. I took some super hard bho shatter, winterized it, mixed in 2% terps. I jacked up the temps on the oil to 200āf for the 10 mins it took to fill a few carts, at 200āf i could manage to get the oil in the cart, but after it cooled (It was spring time, cool outside temps) they didnāt function that well. You could run a warming cycle on your battery, get a decent hit or two, but it definitely functioned less then ideal. The carts were not great for more then one smoker, you had to give it a minute for more oil to wick to the element otherwise you would get a gross burning taste from the element. Because I work outside, ambient temps have a huge impact on carts, and in the winter, Iāll add extra cut to my personal carts just to make them more functional. A nice hard shatter oil with 6% terps is still very thick and hard to smoke when the carts been hanging out in 10āf weather. Even with a warming cycle, a windy 10āf day will cool down a cartridge and itās oil very fast
I donāt agree with 30-50% cuts, but the idea of not cutting at all doesnāt seem to work either. Heck I never wanted to add any cutting agent, but Iām unsure how I would produce properly functioning carts without at least minimal dilution. Also, I consider any added terps to be a dilution, and I donāt think any cart producer is using absolutely 0 dilution.
I use nothing but ccell M6T from Hamilton devices, and almost every customer I have uses their ccell palm battery. I use the ccell palm mainly, unless it gets clogged, then i keep a cheap pen around as back up.
If you know of better carts and batteries please share. Iām also not interesting in or pushing bulky box mods. If itās bigger then the ccell palm (can be slightly bigger) then Iām not really interested.
I use raw 91% thc disty in carts w/o issues

Iāve used 93-94% distillate with 6-7% terps with no issues either. Hits like a motherfucker in them ceramics.

I donāt believe myself to be an expert by any means, so please take my idiocy and questions with a grain of salt. Isnāt 91% disty already much thinner then actual non decarbbed bho shatter? I know I could decarb my oil, but im trying to prevent degradation, i want my carts to feel like doing actual dabs, as a pose to a distillate high. With that said, i only use 6% terps and nothing else. I donāt believe in cutting more then that, and the only reason i do that much is for functionality reasons. Ive found that even after winterizing my oil is still too thick, so ill add a few% terps to help wicking. They hit great, never had any issue. Only time I ever had an issue, i only used 2% terps and nothing else, and even then, the carts would hit as long as you could get them warm enough. That cart i made in early spring, i work outside, if the cart sat in my jacket pocket with ambiet temps around 40āf, it just wouldnāt hit as hard as i wanted
My distillate is thick, it does not pour unless heated with a heat gun.
I dOnt like Terps, taste, or smell. Reason why I dab distillate and my vape pens only the past 3+yrs.
Zero popcorn lung, no cough, wheezing, etc.

If your looking for that shatter high and taste, try Cannabis derived terpenes @10%. @betroit has fantastic terps, they give carts that fantastic shatter taste.

I donāt like terp either to be honest. I only used terpās because i thought it was/it seemed necessary. If i decarb my bho would it be possible to avoid using terps all together? I personally only smoke carts at work, outside of that restriction, theyāre a last resort.
Buy the proper cart. Proper cart is key
My knockoff ccell 4x2mm holes hit 99% perfect with straight disty. I havenāt tried this in the new ascent ceramic carts yet.

i produce these for friends and family, i could never bring myself to pay the premium that cannabis derived terps cost. I wish i knew someone who had excess from HTE, but the marketed cannabis terps online are wayyy to expensive for my blood

i use legit ccell m6t 1ml dunno for sure, but they are 4 hole, i believe 2mm. doesnt say on the ccell site, but all the knock offās say 4x2mm, so i can only assume, if theyre knocking off ccell m6t that the legic m6tās must be 4x2mm
