if money never exchanged hands then you have nothing to say, ive backed out of tons of consults simply because im busy and traveling around fixing other peoples problems is tiresome and takes up a lot of time that i dont have.
i dont know the particulars of this situation, but if kotk didnt take your money then no harm no foul imo.
