The carts come pre-racked for compliance with ATG Monoblox, in sets of 144. They are broken into blocks of 9. As each block fills, you simply detach it and pass it to your press to cap each set of 9 in under 1 minute. This direct-to-production solution requires no setup, placement, or downtime. Each rack clicks into place on the Monoblox system, and comes topped with 9-blocks of caps so you waste zero time between opening the box, setting them in your Monoblox solution, and passing them to the capper. Simply remove the foam casing on the caps once the press is done, and you have 9 racked cartridges which fit nicely back into the original box, ready to be shipped for distribution.

In response to some of the DM’s I’m getting - yes the carts can come in all black, including post. We also offer gold plated 510 thread, and a number of other OEM options.

Anything you see in the sample boxes can be ordered - including custom screen printing and full-wrap of the glass if you so desire.

There are design requirements, such as size limits on details, or # of colors. But most of the time, we can get you what you need.

And yes, there are disposables, and batteries available as well, all with their own suite of OEM options and customizations. Again, speak with a sales agent at sales@ftldistribution.ca or call us from our website. (don’t like posting numbers on public forums as the robot spam can get annoying)
