Ill give my review of @EngineerZach doesnt listen, pushy, typical salesman approach, tries to prematurely optimize, wouldnt tell me a single thing about this new crystallization setup dropping soon, couldnt give a price, or lead time
was told multiple times that i didnt care about prematurely optimizing and trying to jump through hoops of making it the best system on the market, I just need the fucking thing to work faster than what we are currently doing. So if you like word salad ā^ hes your guy.

You want people to build custom process equipment for you without providing any context or process parameters, especially when talking about non-cannabinoids. If thatās how you wanna work together, then you donāt have to work with us, itās not personal. Hoping on a call to discuss custom equipment is not an out of the ordinary ask. Have a nice day.

We are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but I stand behind any equipment we sell with actual hands on expertise and being able to have an easy to use piece of equipment that has a lot of R&D iterations behind it.

You wanted to argue with me about a process you have no clue about. Stick to cannabis. Make your own product and stick to itā¦custom equipment isnt your gig.

That said I had a chat with the company I use in China for making equipment and designed, put the whole system together, and itās already in production. Iāll have a drawing today and the unit will be express shipped/delivered in 12 days
Here is what I find funny about the cannabis equipment industry is most do now I own how to simply get shit done quickly.
How is it that I was able to put this together in one night, commission it being made, and have a delivery faster than the guys that designed the original system? Paying 1/3 the priceā¦ blows my mind.
Who wants one? I can order multiples 
Short answer, the chinese work harder, longer answer.. they will over promise and under deliver a lot of the times so you kind of get what you pay for.
But thats not to say if you lay out exactly what you need really well they have a harder time under delivering, but if you leave anything unclear they will likely get it wrong or cut corners to get it done faster.

Most ppl try to keep them down. If you treat them with dignity and donāt haggle on price they will go above and beyond for youā¦. So I do that.
