I will be visiting Northern California for a week staying with my brother in Eureka checking out some concentrates and relaxing. I play poker all the time and would like to find some games while I am there. I will be stopping for 2 days to play at Graton Resort on the way up to Eureka but other than that I am not sure where to look for a game. The Blue Lake casino used to have poker games but is temporarily closed due to COVID-19. If anyone has any local poker games or recommendations of a game please let me know. - Thank you

I have played here in the past but looks like Covid shut down their poker room as well. Thank you for the reply though. I was hoping to find like a $1-$2 or $2-$5NL home game but I’m guessing Humboldt doesn’t have an underground poker scene like the rest of the US. Too bad crop season and all these rich farmers makes for good action. I’ve heard there are some good games in Oregon

Not super close but if you come to Reno Nevada the casinos are totally open.

Nothing for nothing but using your first post to seek out a underground card game is very… Sketchy. Poker is serious business and to come on here asking for a spot just smells fishy to me.
If your truly looking for a game then I suggest not asking strangers where the spot is. Your chances of something bad happening just became 50/50 @ best.

Agree with this statement 100%. Could be anything. Track the highrollers, track the farmers. Pretty sure those 7 dudes murdered in Riverside were followed home from a casino the other night. Why create a new account and post on HERE out of anywhere? Seems fish to me. Could be entirely innocent though and I apologize if that is the case.

I don’t even know where to begin…The fact that you guys think that people are coming on here and running some sort of scam to rob people at poker games is so ridiculous. I’m just a poker player and hash lover. This is my first post on here because I’ve never posted on here. Simple as that. I have been blessed to learn a lot of information on all types of different things from this forum but I also know there is a lot of trolls on here. Part of the reason I’ve never contributed to any threads is because I don’t want the internet trolls or the vocabulary police to come on here and slice me up. I figured asking about a poker game would be a decent idea to find some like minded individuals who might also grind cards.

Looks like my trip is going to be delayed bc of the ongoing fires. I hope everyone is blessed and safe out there. I’m disappointed I won’t be able to get any of the indoor banana OGs my brother just came down on last month.
