No its not but okay keep thinking that

But I’m sure you know better than all the hemp attorneys advising against it? Can I have your lawyers number?

I’ve actually done my research unlike you who probably can’t even find where synthetic cannabinoids are defined

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Come at me with a case or something, not your opinion of “chemical process = synthetic”

and delta 8 is specifically scheduled

Edit, incongruous nonsense

Melting with heat may be chemical changes, but we don’t control the variable of temperature in the world.

Adding ptsa is completely different ballpark imo

Yet d8 occurs on the flower so how is it synthetic when synthetic cannabinoids have been defined by congress to be cb1 agonists and d8 isnt a cb1 agonist, it also binds to the cb2

It does occur! I’ve seen near 1% in extracts too!!!

I’ll give you that and hope it’s enough to fight it.

My kid is more valuable than d8.

I have a different view on it all situationally. As a consumer. You make great edibles.

As a reseller. I can’t take part with my own concerns.

Especially Texas.

I have 2 kids I support too bro

I’m confident the only way the DEA can get me is with over .3% d9

Even the AA can’t be allied because of the loop hole hemp gives it (to be prosecuted for the AA the substance must be able to be scheduled by the CSA and because legal hemp the csa doesn’t apply to it gives you a clear loop hole)

You’re not in texas.

World of difference.

Y’all better hope that they don’t use the chemical “step” for sythesis.

That willl mean that every conversion is under DEA. That also includes DECARBOXYLATION.
