People are all entitled to their own opinions, id be surprised if this guy even knows synthetic cannabanoids have been classified by congress
I mean when you think about it before “hemp derived” there was thc derived and sythetic cannabanoids
Hemp derived can’t be sythetic
Plus the final rules say delta 8 occurs naturally in small amounts in the plant so its naturally occuring

The dea tried to rule all hemp seeds are illegal because they could contain thc, they got shut down and precedents were created. The dea cannot enforce a drug that isn’t scheduled and d8 isnt scheduled d9 is.
I’ve posted the court cases many times, im not going to argue with ignorant people who’s best come back is
