Has anyone printed a jig to eject the 100 cartridges from foam blocks? I feel like this has had to have been made already and before i do it i wanted to ask.

I thought i have seen one around on this site before.

Companies change their foam blocks often, i had some for ccells that dont work anymore.
You will probably just have to design them frequently and hope they dont change it up on you

If you have a good relationship they might just give you the .svg for the foam

Reminds me of the patte de verre method of casting glass and lost wax casting/mold making. The technique for freezing the mold/binder to allow for undercuts in the silicone mold is interesting and might be the most notable aspect to me.
