2 sous vide not cutting it

This was how we all did it before we all started rack mounting our systems. If you do decide to go forward putting the collection in a open water bath you MUST ground your machine and sous vide to prevent the build up of static electricity. I cannot stress that enough!

This is $11: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-4500-Watt-240-Volt-HWD-Element-15026/205681009. It is about 4 large sous vides worth of electric heat. Please don’t put it or the $8 magnetic contactor you power it with in the same room as your hydrocarbons.
