Hey did you even contact my company, or did you send me dms while I’m at my property chain sawing trees for the last three weeks. I highly suggest next time you call or reach out to the shop. I’m the owner. I can only help you when I’m in the building. Also this is my personal cell. You’d be better off asking one of my managers. Becusee they don’t let customers hang. Especially not at work. Again, please don’t blame me for your laziness. I just spoke with my staff and my message girl. You clearly didn’t try hard enough when nobody there knows who you are. We get them done at a Edwards warranty center. Not some weird dude with bad tools in his garage. Or making 0 micron claims. We leave it to the pros. They charge us 1200 with warranty and guarantee, we just charge that. The Edwards kit is 650+ for a full rebuild (most guys charge you for a full rebuild but then only swap three parts to save money and you’ll never know) and the sonicator cleaning and refurbishing to like new cost the remainder.

I don’t think you realize that my responsibility is to help people when I’m in the shop. I own the company which means I drive around a lot and take care of a lot of business and do deliveries and do service and warranty calls. If you message me and I don’t have time to respond to the office I can only try my best especially if it’s after hours. If you send an email to my shop we have a girl who specifically reads every email and sends it to the correct salesperson and or responds. you can’t attack me because at summit research I’m actually forbidden from making sales. It’s not because I’m bad or good it’s because I don’t fill up paperwork anymore, I now have accountance, staff members and sales individuals who take care of everything down to its exact detail. I’m sorry you reached out to me and I was unable to relay the message quick enough to the office since I have a few other responsibilities I take care of during the day time.

To be fair, I find myself overwhelmed with all the various places people contact me, here, IG, reddit, email, etc, and have missed a few sales in my day due to late responses as a product of me also living a real life off the Internet.

One of my biggest complaints professionally about Summit was their customer service. Not towards me, theyve always taken great care of me, but towards people I sent their way.

But a lot has changed in the past few years, and they have bulked up their customer service team. I suggest anyone looking to purchase things from Summit contact Bryce or one of their other cs people. @spdking would probably be doing himself a favor getting one of them involved on this forum with an official summit account ran by them. But, alas, only so much time in the day

Prior to attack me or blaming me for things I can’t control you should probably have just asked me what I was up to. I probably would have just told you hey I’m right in the middle of something Please call my shop or email my sales team and it would have been done. but instead of actually communicating with me you attack me online and started talking about my customer service. And you didn’t even know that you should have contacted my shop because I was out of the shop for last 2 or 3 weeks.
