How is that true? Jar tech really only gives you maybe a gram of material that you don’t even press to rosin so it isn’t really an actual legit data point. It’s also not repeatable because there are too many human variables in play. You also will have a hard time determining how it will grease on bags etc. There are a ton of flaws with jar tech. Does it work kinda, yes, is it something I would use in my facility when there is a lot of money on the line, NO.

There definitely is but it needs to be able to connect to ur phone with an app. You should have full control as in rotational speed, direction change times, exact timers and perhaps a dedicated digital scale to auto log ur yield weight. So all u gotta do is prep it, connect the app, and press ur desired wash profile.
You can then sell dedicated profiles for specific things.
For example a hash monster probably doesnt need much agitation but perhaps a sativa cultivar needs more agitation.
You figure that out on a small scale first, so u can just forward the correct wash profile to your “Big” industrial washer.
Really all u gotta do is replace the motor with an accurate nema motor and control everything with an esp32 that can host an app connection

OP you would be better off just owning it and say “game is game, yeah im trying to sell a slightly modified version of that amazon washer that should ideally be better suited for washing hash” or whatever rather then trying to play it off and trying to fight a losing battle lol

Now I’m convinced you’re full of it… You have a video titled:

This would imply that jar tech gave him higher yields than his industrial machine gave him. If that was the case then his SOP for the industrial machine could use tweaking, it doesnt mean that jar tech failed him…

Does jar tech mimic an industrial washer’s operating parameters? No.
That is the intention behind this miniature washer though.
Mind you, I am not commenting on, condemning nor endorsing any other aspects of anybody’s issues with OP or his machine…I’m simply stating that jar tech is not comparable or equivalent to washing machine style agitation and subsequent collection.
Edit: read what this much more qualified (than myself) professional says about scaling and testing systems …

Saying a jar won’t give you a ballpark on yield is wrong.
If I have 3 strains there will be visual differences I can wash a larger run based on.

If it runs the same RPM, but is smaller, it isn’t functioning the same as the larger unit. You need to account for diameter differences to get the same amount of force.

It is possible to work with different diameter/rcf systems and scale between them to ensure you’re getting the same result in both.
But it requires a lot of understanding of what you’re doing. You need to make sure you’re hitting the minimum rcf levels that your process requires, as well as integrating the correct factors over the run to characterize each.
… For some reason, I get the feeling this might not have been done here.

Exactly. Thats why i think a higher end version of a small scale washer that gives the user control of many variables has potential. PLC controlled, multiple wash chambers maybe, to be able to test several varieties at once. Theres a lot of potential.
What would that tell you that a jar or bubble magic won’t at a fraction
