If a few more people are interested and serious I might be willing to put that together, get them all landed on a cheap boat, etc. We don’t pay tariffs on Chinese stuff up here in Canada, so wouldn’t have to deal with that nonsense on import.
I could get our local UL inspector to wander by and inspect and sticker them for I think $250-500 per unit, maybe less if we’re doing a bunch of them.
That would be a non-hazardous UL certification, not C1D1 or C1D2.
The OEM makes more than just the one size, so if anyone wanted bigger ones, that would be possible as well. They also do units that have chillers attached to mitigate heat buildup, which would be a nice thing to have for some applications.
If the machine OEM doesn’t make the baskets inserts for spinning off HTE, I have a vendor I’ve worked with that could put together stainless basket inserts to your specification - if you want to spin your terps off or whatever.
I’d be happy to be fully transparent on all costs and do it for a reasonable markup.
I’d previously put a business plan and model together around doing this kind of group-buy type service for our industry, so I’ve already got most of the required pieces figured out if it actually happens.

i would never charge for knowledge ive obtained for free or even paid for from various consultants on this site. i wouldnt have the type of knowledge i have if not for it being passed down by smarter people

. The truth is, we changed a lot in the machine, gave an extra .5L of capacity, added separation functionality and did over a year of R/D. Our machine is peer reviewed for legal lab use and patent pending for the dual mode functionality. Yes, we have full distribution right with our manufacturer, which is why someone here is now so upset. This is the last I’ll post on this thread, y’all are welcome to contact me direct for more info.
