I got lucky on eBay earlier this year and scored an SRI 310c GC for a great deal. Well, the time has come to find another one for another one of the labs I’m putting together. I really only need it for residual hydrocarbon testing on concentrate. If there’s another GC or piece of equipment that would satisfy this need for cheaper than a new 310c, I’m all ears.

I am sure you’ve probably already looked at this one, I’ve been eyeing a lot of the 8610’s on there. I wouldn’t mind a project one that needs a little work, but the idea of throwing parts and $ at an unknown has kept me from pulling the trigger on a $500-1,700 unit.
Running a SRI 8610c with gas cylinders seemed like the lowest entry cost route for our GC needs.
