The Maine Legislature via the Office of Marijuana Policy chartered this emergency law stating that any ingestable goods to be sold in the state of Maine containing CBD MUST be produced with CBD derived from MAINE GROWN HEMP. This has set a ton of wholesale producers back on their heels (my company included) as most everybody has been purchasing isolate in bulk from Kentucky or the Carolinas. If anyone has isolate available with a paper trail proving that it was extracted and refined from hemp harvested in the state of Maine, please hit my DMs and we can discuss pricing. Looking for at least 1kg/mo of isolate or the equivalent in distillate until this nightmare sorts itself out.

Sounds very protectionist, like a Maine supplier had a good lobbyist. Hope you find what you need, but I cant imagine that kind of restriction on federally-allowed interstate trade will last too long.
