No bro the whole situation disgusts me to even talk about and if i could go back in time and make sure it never happened i would do so in a heart beat but that goes without saying that yelling at me for trying to get people hurt when I was the company that helped one of the most brilliant pioneers of our time get justice for himself and family by going through the process and identifying the safety pitfalls while simultaneously making it abundantly clear for others i mean cmon man. i am trying here.

It’s funny you say this but the email shows they only thing that happened is they watched your youtube videos. But strange - when you first came here today you just hovered past that part where your SOPs have hurt people, caused property damage then talked a bunch of shit.

Im sorry but some of us know exactly what happened in that lab…
David forgot to turn off the hydrogen tank when the reactor broke… a c1d1 enviroment wouldnt have saved them from a mistake like that as hydrogen wouldnt be detected by any of the detectors so idk why theyd think they could bring charges against anyone

bro…no on so many levels. where did the ignition source come from? where was the egress requirements for evacuation? this fire suppression system that was mandatory supposed to be in place in this event? The fire extinguishers at every station or the large amounts of ethanol well passed the allowable limit in the location? no bro. just no. Its not IF they manage to bring charges. They DID bring charges for negligence on the same pretense that the owner got on the news station and said he didnt know what was going on in the lab. when not only he did, but he also disregarded D’s questions about safety on account of money limitations. Not only that but he wasnt following LA county code for what was going on in that lab either. im sorry king but you’re not totally correct. sure maybe hydrogen was left on but that turned.a mitigatable incident into an uncontrollable one.
