Why doesn’t my hash hold together and just falls back into kief?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to make hash from kief. I used about 100 g of CBG kief and mixed in around 37 ml of D9 oil. After pressing, the material doesn’t hold its shape it just crumbles back into kief.

My questions:

Why is this happening?

Should I add more oil, or do I need something else (wax, terpenes, heat)?

If terpenes help, how much should I add, and which ones work best? I currently have myrcene available.

I’ve also heard from two different people that some kind of wax can be added to make it stick, but I don’t know which wax exactly. Has anyone tried this?

What’s the right way to get the hash to stay pressed and solid instead of breaking back down into kief?

Any advice or shared experience would be really appreciated.

Required are pressure and heat.

It is because of the physical structure that it does not bind…oil could be not the best choice, powder could work far better.

I think the most part of hash market in Europe container of fake product.

In the Netherlands you can buy sometimes 750€/kg for Hash…

For the love of god. Go fill some Disty Carts and buy a meat grinder for your kief and make some real hash.

From my experience you’re in the wrong place, my friend. You will only waste your time on this website. Instead, go out into the real world and connect with people who already make these kinds of products regularly. That’s where you will get real advice, though keep in mind, it’s unlikely they will be willing to share all of their know-how with you :grin:

So there is Marocaine hasj and a bit of afghan on the market the crisis from a few months ago is a lot less

I think about 30% off Marocaine hasj is now send in 25 kg bags all as kief wich on arrival is like a big brick of hasj

This is then ground back up with dryice and bagged ( nightmare )

Once it s all powder but very few do not cut with cbd or cbg 2:1 cbd

So you have the traditional market making semi fakes

Then there are the cbd traders that several moved to tjech to make infused cbd hasj

Plenty are trying to make product with thc-a

Or with synthetic options available

Or a mix of both

Then lastly are the smarter traditional market manufacturers that produce or buy thc ( isomerized) mixing this up with cbd kief at 20/25% some spiked with synthetics since in general this is considered to weak on it s own

Pricing is all over the place

But starting at 400€ per kg till 1800€ (Wholesale)

Guess it s what the fool wants to pay

Yes it is mostly probably a big fake story.

I would not trust and buy it actually, not even in coffeeshops in Netherlands.

If you want to try Real hash, best way to do is directly in Morocco.

Otherwise if someone wanna try really “good stuff” originaly from this country I suggest the very delicious mint tea and their food instead.
