What state are you in? Do you have a cannabis license that allows you to infuse things with these terps or are you doing it for the streets?

If a licensed cannabis place makes it from licensed cannabis it stays in metrc and can only be l2l regardless of thc content.

i personally dont like it being considered CDTs either.
but i have come across 1 site over the last couple years that cut through the bullshit and had them labeled as ‘high THC pheno’ terps or ‘high cbd pheno’. seems silly it has to come down to this when you think about it but that has to be the fairest most accurate way to do it that I’ve seen yet, without allowing for all that beating around the bush.
