Tried a cart the other day that tasted identical to the actual bud/flower are those most likely cannabis derived terps or possibly just another company able to mimic real taste better ?

Hey friends! I apologize for the slow response.
I was literally out unloading/loading new batch of flower into my terp extractor. Loaded up some Berry and Wife Strains. Iām calling the mix Berry Wife. The flower smelled so damn good on this batch!!
Outside of that I have Liters of Cherry Wife. Hawaiin Haze. OG Cherry. Suver Haze. Hempress. And Cherry Blossom. Vacuum Distilled. Strain Specific.
All smell really excellent. (Its no Live Resin Sauce type magic, but they are damn good for cured resin)
No vegital or pickle flavors like the Steam Terps

All of the ācannaāsā Iāve been trying seem diluted or just decent hemp derived. When you have true canna derived you know. This 10% mix is nuts to me, used to get co2 oil with terp add back and nothing has compared taste wise since. Stuff was so loud and tasty that I only imagine using a couple points for solid taste if in clean terp formā¦ Am I wrong?
FYI I got some of kenzymeās terps in, fast shipping and they smell decent but havenāt tried them yet.

I feel like a lot of people will be trying to pass hemp terps as canna. Any good fair priced hemp terp sources youāve tried ?

Honestly, I havenāt found any terpenes that I thought were worth the $40-50ml prices for my head stash. Maybe Iām just poor lolā¦Iām sure thatās it lol.

Hydrocarbon hemp Terps are super nice!! 
Hemp is Cannabis. There is just more variety in THC strains.
You can make Live Resin BHO sauce with a good Cannabis āhempā strain that would change your mind.
But scale is a bitch with BHO so my vacuum distilled Terps are a very nice alternative

In my head canna derived should taste like good herb and hemp should range from earthy-grassy. Am I missing something? Not knocking anyones products just that when I buy a product described as canna derived Kush I expect to have that overwhelming OG note and taste. Is this not doable? Iāve experienced it once with a shatter so I always assumed canna terps to be very similar. Someone please straighten me out.
Itās doable. Most of what I got from Blue River smelled exactly like the strain and one drop was enough for a cart. There were a few batches I got from them that had more of a bland average weed smell but otherwise their terps were perfect. Had a GMO from them that I wanted to live inside of the bottle. Blue River set the bar high
Hemp is the same plant yes but thereās significantly less diversity in the terpene composition. Its all overloaded with Myrcene. It smells like weed just not top shelf weed. The difference in one hemp strain to the next are pretty subtle too. Every processor Iāve tried has their own signature smell in all of their hemp terps with very small differences between their strains. Again, theyāre good but I think the underlying problem is the lack of genetic diversity in the hemp strains right now. Even the 1:1 thc:cbd strains from dispensaries have that Myrcene dominant grassy hemp smell.

Ok so I guess I need to figure a way to acquire some Blue River terps lol. Thanks for the suggestion.
They got purchased by Trulieve so the only way to try their terps is from a dispensary that carries their products. No more online. I hate to say it but those terps ruined everything else for me.

He aint aroundā¦ @kenzyme sells for 10 an ml shipped if you buy 15 ml. Iām waiting for them to cop a vacuum sealer before I order tho cause I live in broward
I have some of colombias, but you needa buy like 20 ml, Im done with packing tiny orders
