Hello I am in Washington state preferably looking for a 502 producer/processor tier 1 license or just a producer tier 1 or tier 1 license or just a processors license for sale. Preferably looking for license in Washington but if someone has a license for sale in a different state that has a solid market i would entertain that as well

Tier 1 licenses are worth close to 100k now that the state expanded the canopy from 2k to 4K sqft

O wild well of course that is out of my price range dam it. I guess I’ll be on the hunt for a processor license instead.
