White milky solvent

Ran some older material that came out dark so re ran it through CRC. B80 over 5 micron sintered disc and filter paper with retention rings. Running the solvent through the crc warm but as it collects in vessel it chills down and my site glass becomes milky white, creates a film on site glass. Anyone seen this ? Doing a winterization test on the white material to see if it’s potentially thc a or filter media ?

My guess is thca. More finely divided that it would usually be because you have a couple or three percent thc in there.

First approach is “solubility in EtOH”

Those guesses responded differently…

And?

Because the question has certainly not been definitively answered…I’m guessing .

Possibly did not redissolve when attempting to re run??? Causing thca to fall out of solution slowly?

Temp swing on the re run causing condensation in solution? Causing a milky look?

That milky white is most likely the color of your extract after it’s been filtered through the B80.
