Whip-It Flamethrower

I was looking for a vape pen that was also a whip-it charger. I found a whip-it flamethrower and wanted to share.

Has anyone seen a vape pen or battery that doubled as a whip it charger?

… wtf?

sigh… whatever.
$25 flame thrower attachment in 2024

  • Flame heats up to 2380°F/1305°C with ease

Screw on gas at your own risk.

They are talking about the mapp gas. Most all torches that use mapp gas can also use propane.

Well it wont be you or me @Rusty who wins that “lawsuit” lol.

Thankfully, I appreciate your insight and hope everyone keeps moving! I’m excited to see some cooking videos at this point. :skull_and_crossbones:
I love me a good smoke.
Best believe some good cookin’ about to start.

They’ve been around on Aliexpress for the same price for a while.

Just as janky.

That’s because mapp gas doesn’t technically exist anymore and it’s mainly a propane heavy blend and fillers.

“The effective BTU output is a measurement of the quantity of BTUs that actually go into the work piece when heated,” said Paul Minter, VP / General Manager, TurboTorch. “Our lab tests have revealed that MAP//PRO has approximately a 10% greater BTU output over Propane and a 14% less effective BTU output than MAPP.”

Exactly…it was discontinued in 2008 and replaced with Map-Pro

I believe there is only one state in the US flamethrowers aren’t legal. I know what i’d be buying if I had 4k burning a hole in my pocket!

But the question on a lot of people’s minds is: Where the hell are you gonna shoot it?

It’s like buying a guided rpg, where the hell are you gonna be able to take down an unmanned drone (a major goal in my life, is to take down an unmanned UAV with a guided rpg) without someone knowing you’re shooting drones?

That guy demoing the flamethrower was in a snowy mountain area where it didn’t matter what happens.
