Ideally, we’d like to load 40 socks daily in a freezer using a 6inch column to pack inside of. Love to know how these have performed,

Fairly easy even when over packed, yes, and less than 10% pulled from service in ~8 months
Some holes popping up in a few, but they’re still decent

The Bizzy socks will last quite a long time if you take care of them.
The worst thing is forcefully packing them with material that has sharp stems still. If you take care about that, don’t overpack them and then have to wrench them out of material columns, you can re-use them dozens of times. Sometimes the string that closes it will get pulled out, but you can fix that or just tie it off another way.
OscarJC, is there a link to a company website you can post or at least pictures of the socks? I have your personal email and will DM you about trying out a sample sock.
they are easy to load as they are slightly smaller (1/8th inch) than the 6" column
yes they fold over the lip of the column for loading into the column but I preload them in the freezer so I dont really benefit from the expanded lip but its there lol
I have not replaced any of them yet, 28 socks used per day and I purchased 100 socks from bzb about 70 days ago, we run 18 hrs a day 7 days a week
