I have a small home and smokeshop business starting up and am setting up second home and primary business in Oklahoma. I see Oklahoma popping rec and the Texas rush coming up north.
SA and Dallas are where I’m most often.
D8 and Hemp products at smokeshops is currently the play in Texas.
Thc licenses just got changed from .5% to 1% so it’s still not viable for Texas consumers. No pain diagnosis either. It’ll be years. A year and a half maybe for d8.
My understanding is It was the way the Oklahoma State construction was written. A true will of the people, grass roots, everybody’s neighbors got this passed. I understand not all states even allow these types of laws to be passed. Seems like rule of the Overlords as our state government would have shut this down like they did successfully in the past.
