Is there a loss? Like if someone sent you 1kilo of 99%cbd and after processing its 10% would you yiel d 5 or 10kilos of product at 10% cbd?

Im trying to start a supplement business and want to infuse my product with cannabinoids but I’m having a tough time finding a quality product at a reasonable price thats also been binded with a (permeation enhancer? Not sure if thats the right term) so that it doesnt oxidize and degrade. If you can help me out or point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated!
