Zero degrees cel for heads, 55-80 degrees cel for body

I find that a very low temp and would personaly not advise it
But each their own method
How long does it take to go from 0 to 70C on your chiller/ heater ?
Cause all that time needed what is that

Ive been recommended to even get it colder if you can. Small chillers for a condenser don’t take too long. For our julabo corio it takes about 15-20 min to heat from 0-70. As soon as the condenser is heated switch receiving flasks to catch mains, ideally for an sop with a vacuum takeoff valve above collection flask.
