Fuck stocks. R.E.I.T.’s have over performed any stocks and mutuals forever. Picking individual stocks is just gambling.

The cannabis ones are killing it, they have complete control over terms. If you’re an MSO that needs capital, you can either take on debt at 14-22% interest or find a sale leaseback.
There’s quite a few private MSOs that are looking to go public in Q1-Q2, things are really heating up in Canada

Super killing it. We live in a country where weed cant use banking but they will let you make an ipo.
Weed is penny stocks. Penny stocks are not just gambling its gambling with really shitty odds.

ive stated my hate for the pink sheets… I learned on about 5000 loss on penny stocks… started investing in blue chips and im good. i dont buy retail clothing anymore or penny stocks…

I waste all my money on ammo and buying rental houses.
I will probably never buy stocks or anything like that. My dad lost a nice chunk 3X in my life. Imagine if he would have bought a rental house each time. Instead of losing a 100k over the 3 times he’d have a mil in equity at this point. Real estate seems like a good place to put your coins.
