I can’t believe how high they are starting! I’ll tell you though, I bought into Doge coin at .05 for 2,500 @ $150, and I’ve made $196 bucks off that initial investment of $150!

Coinbase already broke the $300 barrier… Scared to buy in because of the price! I can only buy like 1.5 shares with what I’m allowed to play with

Wish I would have brought up monero in the crypto blood bath a few days ago at 190. Only crypto I actually see use for , dark markets prefer it for anonymity. 306 now . Was 437 week ago

I put 90%+ of my stocks in low risk companies that have been around for decades and pay quarterly dividends. Its way to volatile right now. Cant buy and decent piece of real estate to save my life here unfortunately

That’s how I feel. Most of my stocks are high dividend paying stocks.
Residential real estate is up over 10% over last year and the really desirable neighborhoods are up 25% and higher.
Been looking at commercial property in the mean time. Commercial property hasn’t really gone up over the last year and probably will go down once the government stop subsidizing some of these companies
