What kind of EtOH recovery should I account for?

I’m looking at a Delta CUP-15 centrifuge into 3-4 50L RotoVaps for solvent recovery for hemp biomass.

Assuming I start with 55 gallons at the beginning of the week, how much solvent recovery can I expect? I’m estimating I might lose 20-25% EtOH every batch, so I recover roughly 75-80%. This is a total guess as I don’t have the numbers to back it up.

Can anyone shoot me some anecdotal numbers? Would appreciate it.

With a fuge I find I usually lose about 5% of the solvent volume start to finish.

we lose 1 gallon every 10lbs of biomass processed and don’t use a delta so I would expect less
