We work closely with them because we want a machine that does what we want and they are actually willing to listen and implement things that make their system better, in return they get real life feedback and can improve their system for everyone using it.
Luna has never given me any money, they have however helped my company make more money easier by programming changes for us and implementing changes to their design.
You don’t strike me as someone that would understand that though and I doubt you have the professionalism to have a mutual working relationship with anyone let alone a business.
