What kind of plant is this

I brushed up against this plant and now my hands are burning. I’m curious if anyone knows what this plant is called.

Dwarf nettle is what my plantnet app says it is

Stinging nettle is what I was taught as a kid.

Apparently they’re two different species, but fuck nettles. I ran into em before too

Crazy medicinal though, make a tea out of it.

Well I just learned that rubbing dirt hard into the skin at the affected area makes it stop burning.

Shit I think people use them for acute circulation help too.

Yep, it’s been said but stinging nettle. Shits nasty but tea from the roots I think is supposed to be good for circulation.

Seen a lady purposely rub it on her feet, I can’t remember why but i think it was for circulation in her feet.

You can make clothing from it also. It’s poor mans hemp. FYI nettle clothing is NOT comfortable!:joy:

Dry it make it into tea or drink and it stops hayfever.

Rubbing the underside of a fern on it helps, if there’s any nearby.

I don’t have any ferns growing nearby but rubbing soil on it stopped it burning immediately.
