Idk 10hour shifts , eating lunch over a dry ice tote and a bare bone Crew of 6 guys doesn’t really leave a lot of time when your pushing those numbers.

you’d be amazed at what people can accomplish with the correct motivation. I think with your crew of size you could handle the horrid workout of packing up 10-20 order a day. god forbid right? all that extra dirt cheap packaging and jars … and that hour of labor , that will really sneak up on ya … damn 5 bucks in supplies added to accounting , the worlds gonna end

I don’t think its an apples to apples comparison. When I get tiny orders I already understand they will take much more effort than my larger orders when compared margin to margin (not even $ to $). My smaller equipment is offered because those are the most vocal clients. I am agnostic to $ value per order because the industry I am in requires growth. If the small operators want to survive they scale up, and every point of their growth is another cart farm sale. The larger guys buy a piece of equipment and disappear until they fire “the guy” that handles the filling operation, and usually the interaction does not end in a sale.
If we analyze my other companies (logistics farm and terp farm) you will understand the point these guys are trying to make. Logistics farm stopped serving most retail customers, as their evangelism got really dark (the reddit wars). Terp farm, my last retail holdout marks up its product double from wholesale price. It is all simple market dynamics, and my stress level dictates what things will cost next year. I throttle the hell out of my retail sales. I know exactly their purpose and its not to make money (off of them)
