I want to say that you should be able to bring it all the way up to 300C if you have the right heat transfer fluid. I came to this conclusion because I did a search on Google, and read through 4 different companies descriptions of their single jacketed reactor.
At the end of the day, it’s going to come down to your heat transfer fluid… And to get the right stuff to go up that high is super duper pricey

I assume you are talking about a Chinese made glass reactor? Just get a stainless steel reactor that is actually rated for a temperature range if you are operating that high. Don’t forget to inspect the crappy little rubber fittings and adapters used to connect the fluid lines to the jacket ports.

I’d wager to say the OP wants to stick to glass for catalysts usability.

USALAB rates their single jacket reactors:
Glass Temp:
-80°C to 250°C / -112°F to 482

I have only taken my china glass reactor up to 150c but had no issues.

250C was the most common top end temp when I was looking through the Google results.
